1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Acceptable Reasons:
    ✅ Defective/damaged goods (e.g., torn seed bags, expired fertilizers).
    ✅ Wrong item shipped (verified by Agro Eco Sarl).
    ✅ Unopened, resalable products returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    ❌ Perishable goods (e.g., organic fertilizers, live plants).
    ❌ Custom-order items (e.g., engraved tools).
    ❌ Products damaged due to customer misuse.

2. Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery for defects/wrong items.

  2. Get Approval: Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of the issue

    • Agro Eco Sarl will issue a Return Authorization Code.

  3. Ship or Drop Off:

    • Free pickup: Available in Nkoteng,  Yaounde for approved returns.

    • Self-return: Ship to our warehouse (customer covers cost unless our error).

3. Refund Timeline & Methods

  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after receiving returned goods.

  • Refund Options:
    💳 Original payment method (e.g., mobile money, bank transfer).
    🔄 Store credit (for faster resolution + 5% bonus).

4. Farming Services & Labor

  • Services (e.g., land preparation, harvesting) are non-refundable once rendered.

  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice for full refund.

5. Bulk/Wholesale Orders

  • Special terms apply for orders >X XAF. Contact sales for negotiated return agreements.

6. Warranty Claims

  • Seeds: Replacement guaranteed if germination rate is <90% under proper storage.

  • Tools: 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
